This role requires a smart, energetic, and driven contributor to manage our India internal and partner sales enablement program. The person for this role will be responsible for driving sales productivity by working directly with our top-tier Systems Integrator and reseller partners and our internal sales teams in India. This role is responsible for creating scalable sales productivity content and running programs for the Salesforce.com partner ecosystem and internal staff. This is a new position, it will require a candidate who is a natural at inspiring and enabling others, has a deep understanding of enterprise-class sales and sales productivity, and can successfully manage and deploy a program through rapid evolution and growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Build a successful and scalable partner/internal sales enablement program in India leveraging internal sales productivity tools and global partner enablement programs.
  • Create new and localize global programs of services and content, including events, webinars, web assets, and 1:1 meeting support
  • Work closely with partner account executives to ensure Salesforce.com partners have the skills, knowledge, and assets to "sell like salesforce"
  • Be the “alpha” sales productivity evangelist in India, owning a portion of the programs and leading by example
  • Teach salesforce.com specific courses to internal employees of both a semi-technical (e.g demo skills and sales admin training) and non-technical (sales and soft skills training) nature . This is focused on enabling Account executives to identify, qualify and sell.
  • Provide input and feedback into the design, development, and maintenance of courseware and materials
  • Assist with development of assessment exams, course content and case studies
  • Ensure the training curriculum addresses the job functions for all salesforce.com employees


Required Skills/Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the following areas: sales enablement, channel sales, channel account management, business development , sales, sales engineering
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills; must be persuasive and excel at presenting
  • Experience working with systems integrators, consulting firms and resellers as well as internal staff
  • Experience with technical and soft skill course delivery
  • Strong project management skills, especially project planning and delivery
  • Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and partner constituencies including senior level executives, legal, finance, support, sales and marketing experts
  • Ability to think strategically, prioritize, and plan effectively
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and passion for the business
  • Willing and able to travel
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proven ability to effectively coordinate and work across functional teams – both internally and with partners, both in-person and virtually
  • Ability to achieve objectives and influence others
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
