Salesforce.com Platform-as-a-Service enables Accenture to build new custom applications
entirely on demand

announced that Priority Telecom, a division of UPC Broadband, the Netherlands, has chosen to deploy
multiple applications from Software-as-a-Service leader salesforce.com, with Accenture as its
business planning and implementation partner. Leveraging the entire suite of Salesforce
Software-as-a-Service CRM applications, Priority Telecom expects to gain a 360-degree view into its
customer interactions throughout its marketing, sales and customer service departments.
Priority Telecom is one of the 38,100 companies of all sizes, industries and geographies that
comprised the salesforce.com customer base as of October 31, 2007. Revenue and subscribers
will be recognized as the service is delivered.

custom on-demand applications to replace internal applications for order management and number
