Scott believes that amazing customer experiences begin and end with service and is passionate about creating the products that help enable them.

Scott is a recognised leader in the enterprise software industry. Over his 20 year career, Scott has co-founded multiple companies, served as an advisor and angel investor to several start-ups, and is a regularly requested speaker at industry conferences.

Before joining Salesforce, Scott cut his entrepreneurial teeth building multiple consumer and enterprise software companies including a multi-brand e-commerce service with an integrated multi-channel customer service platform.

Scott graduated with a BA from the University of Michigan's School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. In his (not-so) secret life, Scott has composed and produced a range of music for the likes of Oliver Stone, Disney, and Interscope.

In her current role, Wendy leads the marketing team across Asia Pacific for Salesforce - the enterprise cloud computing leader and one of the world’s most innovative companies (according to Forbes Magazine).  In her role Wendy helps CMOs across APAC put the customer at the heart of their business and to drive digital transformation in their organisations. With a strong passion for workplace diversity & inclusion, Wendy is also the APAC executive sponsor for gender diversity at Salesforce. She is passionate about driving gender diversity, equality and inclusion in the technology sector and at Salesforce. Wendy has two children - a boy and a girl - with husband Scott.

She is also passionate about promoting equality in the workplace, with a specific focus on gender diversity and driving stronger balance across Salesforce and the technology industry in Asia.

Cecily was born in Hong Kong and holds a bachelor degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the National University of Singapore.

Simon Tate

Simon Tate is the Area Vice President for Commercial Sales, Asia at Salesforce. He is based in Singapore and leads a dynamic team covering 10 countries across the region. In his role at Salesforce Simon helps SME’s embrace cloud computing and learn how they can become customer companies, and put their customers at the heart of their businesses.

Prior to Salesforce, Simon worked with companies like NetComm, Gateway Computers, Hummingbird / Opentext, EMC and SAP.

Simon is also an independent company director and has served on a number of advisory boards with technology-focused companies in early stage (A or B) funding.  Through his work he has developed a strong passion for helping SMEs and start-ups grow their businesses.

Simon also holds copyright over a successful professional sales process called P6, which is designed to make companies more effective in managing risk around key transactions.

Simon is an avid sportsman who loves Rugby and Beach Volleyball and is very involved in local community projects. He has driven a recent initiative called ‘Kids in Sport’, designed to aid children in learning more effectively through increased participation in sports; an issue particularly relevant for Asia.
