24 Hour Fitness Flexes its Sales Muscle Using the AppExchange

Challenge
24 Hour Fitness was conducting customer surveys through traditional mail- a time consuming and ineffective process.      

Solution
Pollzter for AppExchange enables easy creation and distribution of custom, on-demand surveys and response forms.  Users can collect and record real-time insight from customers, employees and other audiences- all from within Salesforce.

Result
Pollzter has eliminated hours of survey compilation time and has significantly increased response rates.  Also, the marketing team can easily report on and track survey responses.  The application is now being used as an internal survey tool for their workforce as well.


Sales Dashboards


Challenge
The 24 Hour Fitness corporate sales team reports from six different areas, making it difficult to manage analytics.

Solution
Using dashboards from the AppExchange as a starting point, 24 Hour Fitness was able to create a customized roll-up of all sales team goals.  Each salesperson now has his or her own dashboard to track personal performance against corporate goals for the month.

Result
Reporting has become more accurate and less time consuming.

Recurring Tasks


Challenge
Inputting calendar items for multi-day and recurring events was a time consuming process.

Solution
Recurring tasks allows users to create a series of identical tasks with recurring due dates, and to mass delete a series from a link on any task in the series.

Result
24 Hour Fitness users can now easily set up or delete recurring reminders in their Salesforce instance instead of having to manually make changes by event.
