SAN FRANCISCO — April 13, 2005 — Salesforce.com [NYSE: CRM], the technology and market leader in on-demand customer relationship management (CRM), today announced the company's 2005 annual meeting of stockholders will be held on Thursday, July 14, 2005 at 2:00PM (PDT) / 5:00PM (EDT). The meeting is to be held at the Fairmont Hotel located on 950 Mason Street, San Francisco, California 94108. The record date for the annual meeting is May 17, 2005, and only stockholders of record on that date are entitled to attend the meeting.
