Presentation Express is a Web-based and intuitive presentation automation application that is changing the way that sales teams communicate with their prospects and customers. Sales teams can use Presentation Express to select, assemble, and personalize presentation content for each prospect and customer, choosing from guided, unguided and semi-guided modes, based on the level of automation and guidance needed. As sales reps build their presentations, information from Salesforce lead, contact and opportunity records is pre-populated, making it quick and easy to personalize the presentation for specific audiences. When finished, a link to the completed and personalized presentation is automatically saved back to the Salesforce record.
Proposal Express enables sales and marketing teams to rapidly create a wide range of customer-facing documents proposals, statements of work, letters, contracts, and more that address the specific information requirements of prospects and customers across the buying cycle. Sales reps and other customer-facing employees simply complete fill-in fields relative to the specific opportunity and click "Assemble" to generate the customer deliverable.
By integrating with Salesforce, personalized communications can be intelligently driven by CRM-maintained information for the customer. The personalized communications can be linked or attached to the Salesforce opportunity record, providing a documented history of customer communications. Capitalizing on the reporting capabilities of the Salesforce, sales management can gain valuable insight into what is being proposed, what messages are working, and what communications are most successful.
