subscription-based training model that makes it easy for customers to train employees on Salesforce
CRM and Force.com to maximize user adoption, productivity and ROI. Premier Training includes
classes held at training centers around the world, virtual classes delivered by an instructor over
the Web, interactive self-paced online courses, certification exams, and additional services.
