Red Clean manages franchise model with the help of Salesforce CRM

Challenge

  • Red Clean wanted to be able to keep track of its growing network of franchise partners
  • It wanted to enforce company standards for business procedures across the board, to uphold the professionalism implied through the Red Clean name and branding
  • Franchisees needed to be able to access to critical company data

Solution

    In 2007 Red Clean deployed Salesforce CRM Enterprise Edition for users within its Artarmon head office and regionally. Franchise partners are added to the system as they are brought on board following the setting up of Red Clean’s franchise operation in 2008 – the company currently holds 18 licences.

Results

  • Sales leads and customer interactions are stored centrally in the cloud, providing a more organised, systematic way for Red Clean to manage company data
  • Red Clean is able to provide franchisees with an individual data view, essentially providing each with their own CRM
  • Salesforce CRM reporting templates make light work of Monthly Active Reports
  • Red Clean is able to easily pull down metrics on sales, revenues and performance by region, highlighting successes and identifying potential problem areas before they set in
