• Difficulty claiming entitled Government funding because of efficiency issues
• No central repository for all job seeker and employer information and difficulty in matching job seekers to employment
• Unable to integrate contract workers into company as there was no flexibility in the former system

• Formal RFP process to assess a range of different solutions.
• Selected salesforce.com to deploy 1,155 licenses of Salesforce CRM Enterprise edition to host all of its information in the cloud for ease of scalability and access

• Significantly increased ability to capture unclaimed government funding
• Significantly improved ability to match job seekers with employment opportunities
• Flexibility of solution enabled staff licenses to be added or removed as new projects were undertaken
• Improved ability to build relationships through managing, tracking and reporting on interactions with job seekers, corporate sponsors and staff
