He was also a founding director of Australia’s largest startup co-working space, Fishburners, where he transformed it into a thriving, sustainable place for startups, speakers, mentors and corporates to connect with each other. Fishburners is currently home to over 125 technology startups.

During that time she has also built up vast experience in digital marketing and has now moved her focus from website and mobile development to digital marketing & customer data strategy and execution. She is currently heading up The Warehouse Marketing team.

Before The Warehouse Group, she worked for Lion Nathan managing project delivery across New Zealand and Australia.

Every day brings a completely new range of sports and racing betting options for NZ Racing Board customers, so customer analytics has been a key foundation to establish relevance and improve customer activation. Marketing Automation has helped to increase the number of Lifecycle Marketing campaigns offered, at the right time for each customer. And Gamification has sent customer engagement through the roof.

Before NZ Racing Board, Chris was Loyalty Manager at Foodstuffs Wellington, primarily focussing on New World Supermarkets, and working very closely with Fly Buys.
