What is ChatterBox?

ChatterBox real-time file syncing across all devices including desktop, cloud and mobile.

Can I share files?

Yes, once you place a file in your ChatterBox, you can share the file with People, Groups or Records just like you can a standard Salesforce file.

Are ChatterBox files private?

Yes

Is there a mobile app?

ChatterBox is currently available for iOS and will be coming to Android very soon.

Can I download ChatterBox files for offline access on mobile devices?

Yes, users can select which files to have available offline

What desktop platforms does ChatterBox support?

Windows & Mac

When will ChatterBox be available?

ChatterBox will go into pilot in first-half of 2013, and progressively rolling out through 2013.

How do we know whether our company will be part of the ChatterBox pilot?

If your company is part of the pilot, your Salesforce.com administrator will contact you.

How much does it cost, how much space will I get?

ChatterBox will be available to all Chatter Users. Pricing and storage will be announced when Generally Available.
