To keep customers happy, Belly used Salesforce to develop a customized merchant satisfaction scoring system, so their Merchant Success Managers can track and score customer relationship health, and focus their efforts accordingly.

Belly is such a believer in Salesforce, that they've installed TV screens throughout the office that display custom dashboards, keeping the team informed and motivated. And on a one-on-one level, managers use dashboards to drive individual rep performance, rewarding and recognizing high achievers, and offering tips and training to those who are struggling.

Saleforce has also fully satisfied Belly's need for 3rd Party integrations, seamlessly working with applications such as InsideSales.com's click to call app, Sertifi's e-contract platform, and Zuora's accounting software.
