Tips & Hints for Lead Administration
A lead is a prospect or potential opportunity. You can enter leads manually in the Leads tab, or as an administrator, you can import leads from a file or set up Web-to-Lead to gather and create leads from your company's website. Marketing users with the Marketing User profile can also import leads as part of a campaign.
