Page View Metrics in the Personal Account Review

Page views are meant to show you how deeply your organization uses Salesforce features in a few critical areas, how your usage changes over time and how your organization’s usage compares to a benchmark of your peers.

For each page view metric, we show you four statistics:

"This Month" is the total number of pages viewed by your organization in that area for this month.

"% Change" shows you the trend since last month--increasing or decreasing--and by how much.

"Avg per user" is the result of dividing total page views by the number of active users in your organization. This makes it possible to the usage habits of your users to that of users in successful organizations of similar size.

"Peer Benchmark" will help you know how you're doing compared to other companies successfullly using Salesforce. The benchmark is calculated on a per-user basis, so that you can compare your user activity to that of your peers.
