Personal Account Review
The Personalized Account Review is a monthly email sent to all salesforce.com administrators and those executives who have been opted in to receive it. The goal is to provide you with usage information in an easily digestible format so that you can drive adoption within your organization and make use of all the features which are being added to salesforce.com with each seasonal release.
How Can I Leverage the Personalized Account Review? To give you a quick example, as an administrator I might review my usage metrics and notice that only a handful of users are using Outlook Edition. By clicking the link next to the usage metric I can learn more about the feature. On the Outlook Edition feature detail page I might watch a best practice presentation to understand what the feature is all about and get the link to download the plug-in. From there I could send a mass email to my users encouraging them to take advantage of this feature. The following month when I receive my next personalized account review I can see if more of my users have adopted Outlook Edition.
Subscribing / Unsubscribing The Personalized Account Review is sent to all users with the Admin Newsletter checkbox checked on their user profile. As an Administrator you can subscribe selected users to the email by opening up their profile and checking the checkbox. You can also run a user report to see who in your organization currently receives the email.

Step 1: Follow the instructions above to make sure you are signed up to receive the Admin Newsletter.
Step 2: Note that the following emails that contain any mention of these words are suppressed against:
admin@
administrator@
info@
sales@
support@
webmaster@
Step 3: If you've unsubscribed from salesforce.com correspondence in the past or you have corporate email filters, you may not receive the personalized account review.
Step 4: Your default language inside of salesforce.com must be set to English in order to receive the personalized account review.
