One of the great things about Salesforce CRM is being able to easily generate reports containing the information that’s most important to you. With a large number of standard reports available out of the box, you can be reporting in no time.


In the planning process, you determined what information you need to pull from Salesforce CRM based on your current business needs. Then you customized the application based on those needs.
