After setting up and customizing Salesforce CRM to suit your needs, you're ready to add users and for the final task before going live—importing your data into Salesforce CRM. To help you with this step, Salesforce CRM has wizards to walk you through the process and provide some tips along the way. When the import is complete, you can start to train your users and announce that Salesforce CRM is ready for business.
