This chapter is designed to give you a quick walk-through of salesforce.com resources available to you to help you get started as a new customer. First, we'll tell you about the resources accessible from our main Website. In addition to this site, we'll tell you about the AppExchange site and several other important sites, including our Community site, the Developer Force site, and the Trust site. Finally, we'll take a few minutes to review what’s included in the basic salesforce.com license. We have found that many new customers are not aware of all the functionality they can access as part of their licenses.
