As a new customer, you probably have many questions about automating and configuring your business processes in Salesforce CRM. In this section, we’ll review all the ways you can get help in configuring and customizing your applications, to match your business processes, including self-help options and support from our Technical Support, Salesforce.com Consulting, and partner organizations. As you know, Salesforce CRM was designed so that business users can configure the application without having to code, by simply clicking through the options in the Setup menu. However, if you ever get stuck or just can’t figure out how to do something on your own, we want to make sure you know where to go to get help. In this section, we’ll cover all your options for getting help, including:

  • The Technical Support operations
  • The “Help and Training” link
  • We’ll also look at additional technical support options and what Salesforce.com Consulting can do for you
  • You can also work with someone in our extensive partner network
  • And, if all else fails, you can contact your account executive
