2. Customer Success Resources : An orientation of the Community website (the site you are on now), how to find the information you are looking for, how to leverage other customers best practices, how to join User Groups and where to go to get your questions answered.
3. Technical, Developer, and Implementation Help : A step-by-step review of how to get technical, developer and implementation help, who to call/ email, and what your technical help options are for the particular issue you are trying to solve.
4. Getting Started : A review of self-implementation resources in the Getting Started section of the Community site and how to navigate the self-implementation steps depending upon where you are in your implementation life cycle.
5. Driving Value from your Investment : Suggestions on how to get the most from your investment in a CRM appplication or platform by using the “The 7 Domains of Success” methodology to drive a positive ROI.
