Salesforce.com is seeking individuals with a combination of technical aptitude, business acumen, and outstanding communication skills for our Asia Pacific Consulting Team. These opportunities provide immersion into salesforce.com with a 3 month structured training program. The training (including hands-on engagements with customers) enables you to become a customer-facing, billable Consultant in technical and/or functional areas. You are likely to be involved in a range of activities; assessing customer process design to the deployment, customization, and integration of salesforce.com technology across a variety of industries and geographies. This entry level position is responsible for delivering outstanding consulting services to Salesforce.com customers, working closely with Senior and Principal Consultants and Project Managers to ensure the timely and effective delivery of Salesforce.com consulting services. This position will be focusing on SMB customers as well as large enterprises and would be suited for an enthusiastic professional, with several years of experiences in the world of CRM and On-Demand Software.

Responsibilities:
  • This position is 100% hands-on, and will primarily be focused on assisting Salesforce.com customers implement and customize their CRM applications.
  • Salesforce.com application configuration
  • Writing customer deliverables and project plans
  • Assisting with data strategy/data migration
  • Building custom integration solutions
  • Autonomous delivery of salesforce.com functional and technical services
  • Assisting other team members in the positioning of Salesforce.com services
  • Building and maintaining deep understanding of Salesforce.com applications
  • Working with other team members to complete consulting projects on time, and delivery of outstanding consulting services to Salesforce.com clients


Required Skills/Experience:
  • Bachelors Degree. CRM experience a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, high energy, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication skills. Must have the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Willingness to travel (~40%)
  • Work well independently or on a team
  • Take initiative to recommend process improvements and demonstrate creative thinking
  • Manage concurrent objectives or projects effectively
  • Demonstrate self motivation and the ability to grasp concepts quickly
  • Display professionalism in all client and internal interactions
