The Partner Marketing Manager will have a hands-on role in the creation, development, implementation, management and evaluation of customer-centric marketing campaigns that drive demand for our partner solutions. This person will also be responsible for creating self-service marketing tools for the partner community ranging from general marketing tools and resources to salesforce.com specific marketing assets.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, execute and measure effective marketing campaigns that generate leads for our partners. Ensure that all campaigns are innovative and compelling, reviewing which methodologies are working and evaluating new methodologies to test
  • Serve as a strong targeted marketer with a robust understanding of audiences and segmentation techniques to drive quality leads for a wide variety of partner applications
  • Constantly analyze and improve the quality of campaigns, acting on weak areas, optimizing strengths, measuring and controlling ROI based on actual costs and performance results, including assessing campaign effectiveness by channel, offer type, and target segment
  • Prepare analyses for campaigns and initiatives and prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly campaign analysis reports
  • Work closely with other marketing team members and resource groups to ensure timely execution of all campaigns
  • Create self-service tools and marketing assets to empower the partner community to drive interest and demand for our products


Required Skills/Experience:
  • Ideal candidate possesses full marketing campaign lifecycle management experience, including managing campaigns from concept development to ROI analysis
  • Candidates should have a successful track record of conducting integrated campaigns for numerous products across a variety of channels, including email, direct mail, and online
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with limited resources
  • Proven analytical, presentation, writing and statistic skills
  • 2-4+ years of related Marketing experience
  • Demonstrated experience and interest in web-based business models and technologies
  • Marketing experience in internet services or enterprise software preferred
