Responsibilities:
- Development of a sales plan to effectively and efficiently cover the accounts within an assigned geography.
- Manage lead qualification and conversion from interested non-profit and higher education accounts.
- Aggressively prospect and generate new contractual relationships with non-profit and higher education accounts.
- Manage the success, adoption and growth of existing customers.
- Consulting with and advising large, strategic salesforce.com nonprofit and higher education customers resulting in increased adoption, success and expansion.
- Travel requirements will be limited (<10%).
Required Skills/Experience:
- Track record of success (3+ years) in CRM or related business application sales ( non-profit, and or, higher education market experience a plus).
- Detailed knowledge of and, passion for, SaaS applications (hands on experience with salesforce.com, Force.com and AppExchange offerings preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Extensive experience with web based conferencing tools such as Go-To-Meeting, WebEx, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment.
- CRM experience preferred
- Bachelors or University Degree required.
