Account Executive, Enterprise Corporate SalesLocation(s):Reston, VA |
Responsibilities:
- • Supporting direct reports by participating and leading in client and prospect meetings while engaging other corporate resources as required.
• Ongoing mentoring and development of sales teams which includes recruiting, hiring, and training new AEs on the salesforce.com sales process.
• Reporting on sales activity and forecasting to senior sales management
• Consistently monitoring the sales activity of the team and tracking results
• Utilizing salesforce.com to effectively management team performance and results
Required Skills/Experience:
- • 7+ years of software sales management and direct sales experience combined with a proven track record of success in a similar enterprise software environment
• Strong knowledge of our applications and value proposition
• 7-10 years of quota carrying software or technology sales and account management experience.
• Experience selling business applications is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrable knowledge of key ROI and TCO principles used in financial consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience managing the sales cycle from business champion to the CEO/CFO level.
• Consistent W2 earnings of 300K+ in past 3 years while carrying an individual and team quota
• Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions
• Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles
• Strong customer references
• History of effective hiring and training of new Account Executives
• Bachelor or University Degree required
