Responsibilities:
- Diary management, expense reporting, travel arrangements, email and events.
- Organize, prioritize and coordinate multiple work activities with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Greeting guests when necessary
- Booking meeting rooms
- Providing an excellent support service to all departments when required
- Receiving invoices and raising purchase orders.
- General office duties including photocopying, faxing and ordering stationary.
