Responsibilities:
- Provide executive staff with administrative support that would include but not be limited to: calendar planning, scheduling, phone calls, travel arrangements, expenses, internal meetings, external events, and aspects of project management.
- Understand and disseminate confidential information regarding Executive Staff and finance staff, as applicable.
- Handle highly confidential information with tact and political savvy.
- Responsibilities are not limited to administrative support but will also include operational initiatives and project related work.
- Consistent availability and ability to serve as point of contact to people inside and outside the company.
- Collaborate with various staff and departments in preparing reports and data analysis.
- Collect and prepare information for meetings and discussions, including PowerPoint presentations.
- Will take the lead in organizing logistical events such as off-sites.
- Work as a team player with other employees in a cross functional role.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Bachelors degree, or equivalent.
- 3+ years of professional administrative support experience in a demanding and fast paced company, supporting key executives.
- Proactive thinker.
- Ability to multitask and appropriately prioritize deliverables.
- Ability to interact at the executive level.
- Reputation for professionalism, competence and time management skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and make educated decisions and execute.
- Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and follow up on tasks.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to exercise discretion.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and demands within a high pressured environment with minimal guidance.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint).
