Administrative Assistant-Finance

Description: Salesforce.com has an opportunity for a smart, organized and highly motivated individual to support key executives in our Finance organization. This position requires the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and maintain the strictest level of confidence. We are seeking a professional with a track record of trust, loyalty and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide executive staff with administrative support that would include but not be limited to: calendar planning, scheduling, phone calls, travel arrangements, expenses, internal meetings, external events, and aspects of project management.
  • Understand and disseminate confidential information regarding Executive Staff and finance staff, as applicable.
  • Handle highly confidential information with tact and political savvy.
  • Responsibilities are not limited to administrative support but will also include operational initiatives and project related work.
  • Consistent availability and ability to serve as point of contact to people inside and outside the company.
  • Collaborate with various staff and departments in preparing reports and data analysis.
  • Collect and prepare information for meetings and discussions, including PowerPoint presentations.
  • Will take the lead in organizing logistical events such as off-sites.
  • Work as a team player with other employees in a cross functional role.


Required Skills/Experience:
  • Bachelors degree, or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of professional administrative support experience in a demanding and fast paced company, supporting key executives.
  • Proactive thinker.
  • Ability to multitask and appropriately prioritize deliverables.
  • Ability to interact at the executive level.
  • Reputation for professionalism, competence and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and make educated decisions and execute.
  • Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and follow up on tasks.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to exercise discretion.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and demands within a high pressured environment with minimal guidance.
  • Flexible and adaptable.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint).
