Experience working in an HR shared services organization is required. The successful candidate should also have strong analytical skills, exceptional excel skills, strong communication skills and the ability to develop and write reports. This person should have the ability to create complex queries and provide appropriate interpretation of the data for the end-user. The ability to combine data from multiple sources and provide analysis and trending is required. . Responsibilities:
- This role provides, analyzes, and maintains the following reports and processes:
- First level employee support, escalates irresolvable issues to appropriate Subject Matter Expert.
- Assists with salary surveys and job code assignments.
- Administers the annual salary review process and data reconciliation.
- Assists with annual bonus administration.
- HR metric reports (headcount, turnover, new hire, termination, workers comp analysis, etc.).
- Administers the annual 360 degree review process.
- Annual EEO-1 reports and FSA nondiscrimination testing.
- Manages the interface files to our third party administrators and troubleshoots issues.
- Benefits-related responsibilities:
- Educates new hires and existing employees on benefits coverage and eligibility.
- Processes Leave of Absence requests.
- Aids in the administration of the annual benefits open-enrollment process.
- Supports benefit-related technology initiatives.
- Administers the education and fitness reimbursement program.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Education and experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in compensation, benefits, HR systems, or a generalist role.
- Experience working in HR shared services organization for established company is required.
- Experience with global HR Systems (Workday, ADP).
- Knowledge and experience in HR strategies and practices.
- Experience working across multiple disciplines in HR.
- Experience with multi-state employment law and practices.
