This position as director of customer marketing will own customer lifecycle marketing, from defining the strategy through delivering the key messages. From the first day that customers subscribe to the Salesforce service, the company strives to create a uniquely satisfying experience that drives loyalty and adoption across product lines. Successful candidates will be able to develop and drive a consistent marketing message and experience across existing programs and create and launch new customer programs.

Responsibilities:
Required Skills/Experience:
- Experience in market strategy and positioning, particularly to a large, diverse base of customers
- Experience in developing innovative, compelling, and differentiated market positioning and messages
- 5-7+ years of experience in product or corporate marketing
- Strong creative skills
- Passion for software-as-a-service, platform-as-a-service, and disruptive thinking
- Excellent written, PowerPoint, and Apple Keynote skills
- Ability to work across a team and provide leadership of ideas
- Self-motivated individual capable of working in a face-paced, start-up environment
