As a member of the SalesForce.com Field Operations team, this candidate is the focal point for key sales policy development and communications to our WW Sales Organization. You will be focused on projects supporting Sales and Sales Leadership. You will define program requirements that support sales policy and vision, own the plan/schedule/budget, and create sales deliverables. You will be accountable to ensure program commitments and deliverables are met. You will interact daily with Field Operations, Sales and business operations and in some cases testing teams to ensure the smooth delivery of the deliverables. Work is reviewed and measured based on attainment of objectives and overall success of projects.



Responsibilities:
    Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Work with management to identify areas where sales policy and communication needs improvement. Lead key Field Operations projects, manage quarterly sales programs and ensure client satisfaction and delivery to schedule. Work closely with analysts, development teams to develop comprehensive programs geared towards sales efficiency.

  • Project manage the design, implementation, communication, and deployment of Field Ops sales training programs for new hires and sales managers
  • Manage disputes on sales splits and quarterly promotions
  • Partner with Business Operations to design the changes in the salesforce.com app that can increase sales effectiveness


Required Skills/Experience:
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 2+ yrs related project management and CRM / Sales Operations experience
  • Strong negotiation skills, ability to resolve conflict professionally
  • Strong project management skills, especially project planning and delivery
  • Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas
  • Excellent team player able to work with virtual and global cross functional teams
  • Excellent influencing skills
  • Ability to work with deadlines and in a fast paced environment
  • Has demonstrated leadership skills and experience working with complex projects


Desired Skills:
