In this role, you will provide expert guidance to our Sales Team regarding deal structure when Salesforce.com standard offerings are not sufficient to meet customer needs. Your responsibilities will include the following:

Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to regional Sales Reps which includes answering questions about deal structure, processing of orders and ensuring orders are in compliance to revenue and company policy.
  • Review submitted contract and order forms for completeness, accuracy, and conformance to Salesforce.com's sales order acceptance policies.
  • Activate eligible contracts and orders in the Salesforce.com app and complete compensation transactions to ensure accurate timely commission payments.
  • Modify contracts as necessary.
  • Determine appropriate accounting treatment for any credit memos.
  • Develop and input contract-related revenue and expense transactions in the Salesforce.com app and Oracle.
  • Monitor contract expiration dates and work with sales to ensure uninterrupted service and revenue stream.
  • Respond to phone and email inquiries from sales and external customers.


Required Skills/Experience:
  • Bachelors degree in business with a minimum of one year of accounting experience.
  • 4+ years customer or sales support experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Oracle A/R experience.
  • Strong Team Player.
