Responsibilities:
    A salesforce.com project manager is a detail-oriented person who possesses excellent communication skills and the ability to drive decisions and projects to completion. The ideal candidate has experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a cross-functional organization, enjoys working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. In addition, the ideal candidate excels under pressure, and is skilled at evaluating data, utilizing best practices, and identifying processes to improve/automate.


Required Skills/Experience:
  • Exceptional analytical skills, independent problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
  • Experience successfully managing large complex programs with multiple sub-projects
  • Ability to meet deliverable deadlines amidst changing requirements, deadlines, and priorities
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to take complete ownership of a project and solve problems.
  • Ability to be creative, versatile, efficient, and flexible while maintaining a positive attitude; learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to be productive in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction Strong quantitative and analytical skills, and a proven ability to track and execute Sourcing/Travel projects
  • Detail-oriented. Able to juggle multiple projects and tasks.
  • Capable of motivating and driving others to succeed.
  • Strong drive for results and continuous improvement
  • Previous Procurement Operations experience a plus
  • Generate new ideas to streamline and simplify processes
  • Develop new automated tools to improve processes
  • Responsible for training and supporting system users
  • Provide accurate tracking and reporting
  • Bachelor's Degree Required, MBA a plus
  • Experience implementing Ariba, Oracle, or Coupa eProcurement tools required.
