Senior Payroll Analyst

As a Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for many aspects of payroll related activities ranging in the data feed from Workday into ADP PayForce via ADP Connection for all of our U.S. employees, identifying and resolving all Payroll Workday to ADP issues and errors on a day to day basis, supporting our Mexico outsourced payroll through PWC, developing key reports in ADP Payforce through ADP Query and ADP ePortfolio, 401k reconciliation and special projects as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for accurate and timely payroll processing of 2000+ employees on ADP through Workday via ADP Connection into ADP PayForce and international payrolls, including Mexico using 3rd party provider.
  • Identify and resolve issues between Workday and ADP on a daily basis.
  • Work with ADP reports engine to create/run reports as needed to support HR, FP&A and payroll accounting.
  • Review and reconcile exercised stock options income and taxes withheld and 401(k) withholdings as received from Stock Administrator.
  • Coordinate with various departments such as HR and Benefits for the accuracy of payroll processing and payroll records.
  • Provide customer service and respond in a timely manner to employees payroll related issues and inquiries.
  • Assist Payroll Manager on special projects and assignments as necessary.


Required Skills/Experience:
  • Over 6 years of previous payroll related experience.
  • Bachelor degree required.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and knowledge of payroll policies and procedures.
  • Understanding of Federal and State wage and hour laws.
  • Demonstrate ability to handle multiple priorities, work independently, accurately and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate ability to handle sensitive personnel issues and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Experience using ADP payroll system required.
  • Strong MS Excel skills required.
  • Must have strong organizational skills.
