Responsibilities:
    Senior Member of Technical Staff, Quality Engineering You will be working in world class technology organization to design, develop and deliver cloud technology with exceptional quality to run consumer and business applications. You will be part of a highly collaborative, fast paced, cross functional self directed team delivering features in short release cycles iteratively. You should be team oriented, innovative and know and care what the customer wants from our service. You should be passionate to break things, be exhilarated when you discover really complicated bug, and be detail-oriented enough that you've actually had people comment on it. You should have strong quality mindset, ability to think out of the box, deep understanding of quality engineering processes & methodologies. You've got to have strong background in Object-Oriented programming concepts and constructs. You will be involved in the design and architecture from the start of a project and look to implement automation as early as possible. An affinity towards Test Driven Development (TDD) principles is heavily encouraged. You will use your automation skills to create new test harnesses and automation tools. You'll primarily be responsible for planning and driving test/automation strategy as well as influence tools and process improvements.


Required Skills/Experience:
  • At least 4+ years experience in Quality Engineering.
  • Excellent coding skills in an Object Oriented Language, Preferably in Java or C#.
  • 2+ years of solid automation experience building test harnesses using innovative approaches. Experience with Selenium is a huge plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with product delivery that is consumer/business software.
  • Experience in handling short release cycles is preferable.
  • BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent.


Desired Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Relational Database concepts and SQL
  • Experience with load testing tools such as LoadRunner
  • Solid knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, XML/SOAP
