To the extent Customer accesses or uses any content derived from Twitter in the course of using the Marketing Cloud Services, (“Twitter Content”) Customer shall: (i) adhere to the Twitter Terms of Service, the Twitter privacy policy, and the Twitter Public API terms.; and (ii) not (and not allow others to) aggregate, cache or store location data and other geographic information contained in Twitter Content separately from the Tweet to which it is associated, except to the extent any separation of data is already reflected in the Marketing Cloud Services.To the extent Customer exports any Twitter Content from the Marketing Cloud Services, Customer shall comply with the Twitter Developer Agreement and Policy located at: https://dev.twitter.com/overview/terms/agreement-and-policy, and the Twitter Display Requirements located at https://dev.twitter.com/terms/display-requirements.

To the extent Customer accesses or uses any content from Facebook in the course of using the Marketing Cloud Services, the Customer shall adhere to the Facebook Terms of Service and the Facebook Public API terms.
