Leading CRM consulting firm selects salesforce.com's online CRM solution to an elite group of 30 packages
SAN FRANCISCO and PALO ALTO, CA — February 25, 2002 — Salesforce.com announced today that its online CRM solution has been named by ISM, Inc., a leading CRM consulting firm, as one of the Top 30 CRM software packages for 2002. The Top 30 selections are featured in ISM's 10th anniversary edition of The Guide to CRM Automation, available online at www.ismguide.com. Salesforce.com is one of the first online CRM solutions to win ISM recognition.
Salesforce.com was chosen from a wide range of CRM software packages, which were tested by the ISM Software Lab at its Bethesda, Md.-based headquarters. Each package was rated according to 166 selection criteria, including 107 business functions, 41 technical features, and 18 user-friendliness/support features. Other Top CRM Package winners include products from Siebel Systems, Pivotal and SAP.
