Intraware Inc. Switches To Salesforce.com's Online Customer Relationship Management Solution

After migrating CRM implementation from Siebel to salesforce.com, company sees ROI in three months

SAN FRANCISCO, CA — April 18, 2002 — Salesforce.com, the market leader in online customer relationship management (CRM), today announced that Intraware, Inc. (Nasdaq: ITRA - News), a leading provider of global electronic software delivery and management (ESDM) and information technology (IT) solutions, has standardized on salesforce.com's online CRM solution. Prior to implementing salesforce.com, Intraware used a hosted CRM package from Siebel Systems for more than two years.
