ScreenDreamer Uses Salesforce.com's AppExchange Builder to Create and Deploy Custom, On-Demand Real Estate Industry-Specific Applications

Highly customized production and marketing applications lead company to 75% increased customer revenue

AppExchange Builder, the customization tool using the AppExchange platform, has enabled ScreenDreamer to dramatically extend the value of its salesforce.com deployment by allowing it to build and run on-demand applications to support its online marketing solutions for real estate and mortgage professionals. With these new applications, the company has more effectively marketed to its customers and leveraged up-sell opportunities, and has increased customer revenues by approximately 75%.

ScreenDreamer is one of the 18,700 companies of all sizes, industries and geographies that comprised the salesforce.com customer base as of October 31, 2005. Revenue and subscribers will be recognized as the service is delivered.

AppExchange platform unites all of ScreenDreamer's on-demand applications with a single data model, single security model and a single user interface. With AppExchange, ScreenDreamer's employees can customize, build, run and share on-demand applications that power all of their business needs. ScreenDreamer plans to share its applications with other customers via the AppExchange directory by the end of the year.

  • Marketing tools — Includes partner applications from GotMarketing and Vertical Response, as well as custom built tabs like Google for managing marketing campaigns for Google clients, such as click throughs and tracking. Additionally a custom built application called Drip Trak was deployed for conducting drip email campaigns for REALTORS® and their consumers.
