Salesforce.com Chairman & CEO Marc Benioff to Keynote AlwaysOn Innovation Summit

SAN FRANCISCO — July 24, 2006 — Salesforce.com (NYSE: CRM), the market and technology leader in on-demand business services, today announced that Marc Benioff, chairman and CEO of salesforce.com, will deliver a keynote address entitled "The Future of Software: The Code Ahead" at the AlwaysOn Innovation Summit on July 26, 2006 at Stanford University.

Following the keynote, Benioff will participate in a panel entitled "Has the SaaS Model Finally Arrived," which will be moderated by Ray Lane, partner at Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers. The keynote address will begin at 2:00 p.m. Pacific, followed immediately by the panel presentation.
