Recombo WAYPOINT Now Available on Salesforce.com's AppExchange
Salesforce.com Customers Can Now Deploy Recombo WAYPOINT Directly within Their Salesforce Implementations
SAN FRANCISCO — August 2, 2006 — Recombo Inc. and salesforce.com [NYSE:CRM], the market and technology leader in on-demand business services, announced the availability of Recombo WAYPOINT for salesforce.com's AppExchange. Recombo WAYPOINT enables Microsoft Outlook to capture digital signatures, track documents and update Salesforce automatically. Salesforce.com customers can use WAYPOINT to gain sign off and track proposals, change orders, contracts, notifications and purchase orders. Built on the AppExchange on-demand platform, Recombo WAYPOINT is AppExchange-certified and immediately available for test drive and deployment at http://www.salesforce.com/appexchange.
WAYPOINT eliminates the time and cost of manually chasing, updating and filing documents by automatically posting them in Salesforce. WAYPOINT lets you access your contact lists and browse and attach Salesforce documents directly from Outlook. And, WAYPOINT reduces the risk posed by incomplete document lifecycle tracking by capturing an irrefutable audit trail and integrating with Salesforce. Waypoint closes the document loop and keeps your records up to date. In addition to automatically updating Salesforce, WAYPOINT reduces the hassle for customers by giving them the choice to apply legally binding digital signatures without having to print, sign and fax via WAYPOINT Authenticated Agreements.
"Now available on the AppExchange, Recombo WAYPOINT provides tight integration between Salesforce and Outlook, and offers a consumer-driven approach to digital signatures," said Reed Clayton, VP Market Development for Recombo. "Signing digitally should be a choice customers can make instead of a requirement forced upon them, to ensure their organization remains in step with both the market and the marketplace."
"Recombo WAYPOINT provides a secure, reliable and scaleable tool to digitally manage documentation and help the customers address rapid document delivery and execution," said Matt Holleran, vice president, AppExchange partners, salesforce.com. "By collecting digital sign-off on customer contracts, corporate policies, change orders and other critical internal and external communication, Recombo WAYPOINT for the AppExchange eliminates administration time and complies fully with the highest standards of digital authentication."
Recombo WAYPOINT for AppExchange is one of more than 280 applications created by salesforce.com, its customers and partners that are now available on the salesforce.com AppExchange, the world's first on-demand application platform. AppExchange provides unprecedented ease of customization and integration for Salesforce deployments, as well as enabling a whole new generation of on-demand applications that go beyond CRM. AppExchange enables all of these on-demand applications to be easily shared, exchanged and installed with one click into a salesforce.com customer's account.
