Citizens Bank, Hartford Group and Nuance Communications among the customers that use Bluewolf solutions to integrate Salesforce with Oracle and other legacy systems
Bluewolf's two integration products available via the AppExchange, Bluewolf's Integrator (formerly ESI) and Replicator (formerly DRE), enable quick and efficient integration between Salesforce and many standard back office systems. Specifically, a number of Bluewolf customers are using the Integrator to deliver integration between Salesforce and Oracle-based database systems (including Oracle 11i, Oracle 8i, and Oracle 10g) -- demonstrating Bluewolf's broad experience and expertise with integrating these systems.
According to Scott Floeck, Chief Information Officer from Nuance Communications, "We chose Bluewolf's Integrator to integrate Salesforce and our Oracle 11i billing system, pushing our invoice and order information from Oracle into Salesforce, making our teams more productive in calling on and managing our customer accounts."
"Bluewolf delivers proven solutions to help customers bring together the powerful benefits of on-demand Salesforce CRM with their legacy Oracle back-office systems," said Lou Fox, Bluewolf's Chief Architect. "With Bluewolf Integrator, these customers can gain significant benefits through integration, by making the information housed in each of these systems more accessible to employees throughout the organization."
"More than 50 percent of our 5.4 billion transactions last quarter were handled through the Salesforce API, demonstrating its widespread integration with other enterprise applications," said George Hu, Chief Marketing Officer, salesforce.com. "With their two solutions on the AppExchange, Bluewolf has led the charge with salesforce.com customers, demonstrating that integrating on-demand applications into existing IT environments delivers powerful results."
Specific benefits of Salesforce/Oracle integration with Bluewolf's Integrator tool include:
- Providing salespeople with increased access to the customer billing information;
- Providing finance departments with greater insight into future forecasts;
- Improving insight across the organization into products sold and customer delivery information.
