"Toyota Motor Europe's strategy is to provide a superior quality purchase experience and we believe that the Salesforce Software-as-a-Service solution is ideally suited to help us achieve that goal," said Dave Cussell, General Manager, Market Development Division, Toyota Motor Europe.
Account managers at Toyota Motor Europe's headquarters in Belgium, as well as Toyota National Sales and Marketing companies throughout Europe, use the multi-tenant on-demand service to target, acquire and manage day-to-day relationships with multi-national fleet customers. Utilizing the Force.com platform, Toyota Motor Europe customized the system to meet its unique needs enabling the company to automate many day-to-day processes.
