  • Celerant Consulting is a leading global management consultancy that delivers operational transformation and helps leading companies worldwide achieve and sustain world class performance from their operations.
  • Celerant needed an IT solution to record and manage leads, opportunities, accounts, contracts, and analysis and project data and to measure and track client delivery and revenue recognition.
  • The company’s business model is based on meeting result milestones for its clients and it is essential that ‘value chain’ information can be shared across the company to align and support milestone achievements and payments.

Solution
  • By configuring a custom contract management system on salesforce.com’s Force.com platform, the company significantly streamlined its contract management process.
  • Celerant built a project tracking system in a week, which was integrated with the contract system, to report on issues and synchronize with billing and project milestone-related financials.
  • A Google Maps mash-up, built using apps found on the AppExchange, provides a status map of each project by region.
