Getting started with market research and lead generation services, “we had a lot of challenges with data early on,” recalls Rick Endrulat, President. The various list vendors they tried were no help, supplying general phone numbers and very few email addresses. “We had a difficult time finding qualified leads for our sales team.”

Frustrated with the lack of direct contact information available, they turned to Data.com and finally found the coveted email addresses and phone numbers they so needed to identify and reach prospects. Fortunately, it didn’t take much to get the sales team using the tool. Endrulat describes the process: “We found that we didn't need to do much training with Data.com. It was pretty easy to use, and we were able to get people started with it right away.”

Looking to the future, Endrulat foresees Data.com continuing to be a driver on Virtual Causeway’s journey toward data quality. “Data.com is an important tool that we use to help us achieve the best data quality possible. While we never may reach 100 percent, we'll continue to depend upon Data.com to ensure that our sales team has the best qualified leads to drive business.”
