This year, Dreamforce has partnered with Celebrity Cruises to add accommodations right on the San Francisco Bay with a stunning cruise ship that will be docked at Pier 27 throughout the conference. Many of the spacious rooms feature views of the bay or the city skyline. Be among the first to experience it.   •  Housing-Specific Questions
    • Are there specific dates required to stay on the Dreamboat?

      Yes, a four (4) night minimum stay is required to stay on the Dreamboat, checking in on Monday, September 14, 2015 and checking out on Friday, September 18, 2015.

    • What are the check-in and check-out times?

      Check-in to the Dreamboat will begin on Monday, September 14, 2015 after 10:00 a.m. Check-out begins on the morning of Friday, September 18, 2015. All guests must be checked out and off the Dreamboat by 10:00 a.m. on Friday, September 18, 2015.

    • Can I request early check-in or late check-out times?

      Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate requests for early check-in and/or late check-out times on the Dreamboat.

    • How can I adjust my reservation to extend my stay on board the Dreamboat?

      Rooms on the Dreamboat are only available for a four (4) night stay, checking in on Monday, September 14, 2015 and checking out on Friday, September 18, 2015. If you would like to stay on the Dreamboat but will be traveling to San Francisco outside of these dates, we have partnered with local hotels to provide rooms for an extended stay.

    • What if I don’t check in to the Dreamboat on my scheduled arrival date?

      Your reservation on the Dreamboat requires a four (4) night minimum stay and full prepayment of four (4) nights prior to arrival. If you don’t arrive on the scheduled arrival date of Monday, September 14, 2015, you will still be charged for this night. Your room will be held for next-day arrival.

    • What is the reservation cancellation policy for the Dreamboat?

      If you choose to cancel your reservation on the Dreamboat, please submit your request via email to the Registration and Housing team before 11:59 p.m. PT on Friday, August 28, 2015. Cancellations received between 12:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 29, 2015 and 11:59 p.m. PT on Friday, September 11, 2015 will be charged a penalty equal to 50% of your four-night package. Cancellations received after 12:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 12, 2015 will be charged a penalty equal to 100% of your four-night package.

    • If I cancel my registration, can I transfer my reservation on the Dreamboat to another attendee?

      Reservations made through Dreamforce registration are not transferable. The substituting attendee will need to complete a new reservation through the registration process and submit a credit card to secure a reservation on the Dreamboat, pending availability.

    • Will I receive a confirmation number after booking my reservation through Dreamforce Registration and Housing?

      No. All reservations made through the registration website are managed by the Dreamforce Housing team. Final boarding information will be emailed approximately two (2) weeks prior to check-in.

    • If I have a special request for my sleeping room on the Dreamboat, who do I contact?

      Please contact the Dreamforce Registration and Housing team at dreamboat@dreamforceSF.com to make special requests. Special requests include the need for adjoining sleeping rooms, adding a third occupant, ADA requirements, etc.

    • What amenities are provided in the sleeping rooms?

      All sleeping rooms include the following amenities:
      - Twice Daily service (makeup and turndown)
      - Daily ice service
      - Room service
      - Robe
      - Custom blended bath products (shampoo, conditioner, lotion)
      - Custom premium mattress, plush duvet and pillow and 100% cotton linens
      - Hair dryer

    • Is my stateroom furnished with amenities that I don’t need to pack?

      All stateroom bathrooms are equipped with soap, shampoo, conditioner and a wall-mounted hair dryer. All ships in our fleet have at least one North American and one European outlet in every stateroom. Steamers or irons are NOT allowed onboard. However, there is a full laundry and dry-cleaning service available onboard for reasonable rates. All rooms have a safe.

    • Can I bring outside food and alcohol beverages on the Dreamboat?

      No, outside food and alcohol beverages are not permitted on board the ship.

  •  Payment
    • Can I make a reservation on the Dreamboat through Dreamforce Registration and Housing without a credit card to guarantee my reservation?

      No, all reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.

    • Can I pay for my accommodation on the Dreamboat with a different credit card than the one I provided when I reserved the room?

      If you want to change the credit card on file for a reservation on the Dreamboat, please contact the Dreamforce Registration and Housing team at housing@dreamforceSF.com. You can also present a new credit card at the time of check-in, as long as you are the cardholder. The Dreamboat does not accept credit card authorization forms to prepay for hotel rooms.

    • Can I pay for my accommodation with a credit card that was provided when I reserved the room, which is not under my name?

      Guests staying on the Dreamboat will be charged for their (4) night stay on Friday, September 11, 2015 using the credit card on file, received during the registration process. If you want to change the credit card on file, please contact the Dreamforce Registration and Housing team prior to this date at housing@dreamforceSF.com. The Dreamboat does not accept credit card authorization forms to prepay for hotel rooms.

    • What are the hours of operation for the Dreamforce Registration and Housing team?

      The Dreamforce Registration and Housing team is available Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. PT. The phone numbers and email address are listed below:

    • Do I have to provide a credit card for incidentals on board the ship?

      Yes, each guest is required to provide a credit card or debit card upon check-in on Monday, September 14, 2015 to activate a personal onboard spending account for the duration of their stay. The credit card or debit card will be used for any personal expenses incurred while on board (i.e. restaurants, bars/lounges, room service, in-room mini bar, etc.).

    • How do I make a payment for my stay onboard the Dreamboat?

      All credit cards provided during Dreamforce registration will be charged for final payment of your Dreamboat stay on Friday, September 11, 2015. Any onboard incidentals incurred during your stay will be paid direct to the ship upon check-out on Friday, September 18, 2015.

    • Can I contact the Dreamboat directly to make a reservation at Dreamforce’s discounted rates or to change my existing reservation?

      No. To obtain the Dreamforce discounted rates, new reservations and changes must be made through Dreamforce Registration and Housing. Please contact the Dreamforce Registration and Housing team at housing@dreamforceSF.com.

    • What does the nightly rate include?

      The nightly room rate includes the base rate for your room on board the Dreamboat inclusive of local city taxes and gratuity, estimated to be 16.75% and $15/day. All purchases made on board will be an additional expense, including food and beverage at lounges, room service, and restaurants on the ship.

    • What is the double occupancy rate?

      All staterooms on board the Dreamboat can accommodate a secondary occupant. The room rate remains the same whether there is one or two occupants in one room.

    • How are gratuities handled on board?

      Gratuities are included in your room rate. This gratuity is shared by the stateroom attendant, dining services staff, and housekeeping staff members who help enhance your stay on board the Dreamboat.

    • Is there a deposit required?

      No, a deposit is not required prior to arrival.

  •  Registration and Check-in Questions
    • What information is required to reserve a room on board the Dreamboat?

      Due to cruise line maritime laws, the following legal information is required to reserve a room on board the Dreamboat:
      - Legal First Name & Last Name
      - Date of Birth
      - Gender
      - Citizenship

    • Can I have a guest stay in my room on the Dreamboat?

      All staterooms on board the Dreamboat can accommodate a secondary occupant. If you know the name of the second occupant at the time of registration, you can enter their information at the time of registration.

    • Are children allowed on the Dreamboat?

      Yes, children are allowed to stay on the Dreamboat, however, there will be no childcare available on board. Children under the age of (13) need to be accompanied by an adult.

    • Do I need to know the legal information of the second occupant to reserve the room?

      You can book a room as a single occupant and can add a second person up to 48 hours prior to arrival. In order to add a second occupant to the reservation, the same legal information outlined above is required.

    • Can the secondary occupant check in without the primary occupant?

      Yes. If the secondary occupant is registered to stay on board the Dreamboat, and all legal information has been provided before Friday, August 14, 2015, then both occupants can check in separately at the Pier. It is required for both occupants to provide the following documents at the Pier:
      - A valid government issued ID (i.e. driver’s license or passport)
      - A credit card or debit card for onboard incidentals
      - Your Dreamboat final confirmation (boarding pass)

    • If I cancel my registration, can the second occupant use the room?

      Yes, but the record will need to be updated with a new credit card. Please contact the Dreamforce Registration and Housing team at housing@dreamforceSF.com to make this adjustment.

    • What is required for checking into the Dreamboat on Monday, September 14, 2015?

      In order to have a quick and easy check-in at Pier 27, please be sure you have the following items with you:
      - A valid government issued ID (i.e. driver’s license or passport)
      - A credit card or debit card for onboard incidentals
      - Your Dreamboat final confirmation (boarding pass)

    • Will I receive a reservation confirmation?

      Yes. A pre-arrival letter/confirmation will be emailed two (2) weeks prior to your check-in day. You MUST present your emailed confirmation and government issued picture ID for access to check-in on the Dreamboat.

    • What is a SeaPass card?

      All guests staying onboard the Dreamboat are issued a SeaPass card that is used to check their identity each time they board and leave the vessel. It is also used to gain access to their cabin, as a form of identification, and to make onboard purchases. The card is linked to electronic data, including the guest’s photograph to assist with onboard activities such as verifying the guest’s identity when they leave and return to the ship.

    • Is there Dreamforce Registration at the Dreamboat?

      Yes. Dreamforce registration will be available at Pier 27 during the following hours.
      - Monday, September 14: 8:30 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
      - Tuesday, September 15: 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
      - Wednesday, September 16 & Thursday, September 17: 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

    • Will there be a Dreamboat Hospitality Desk?

      Yes. A hospitality desk will be available onboard the Dreamboat. Hours will be posted onsite.

    • Who do I contact with questions?

  •  What to Expect on Board the Dreamboat
    • Is the Dreamboat all-inclusive, like a normal cruise would be?

      No. The room rate only covers the stateroom for four (4) nights inclusive of local city taxes and gratuity. All other purchases made on board will be an additional expense, including room service and food and beverage at lounges and restaurants on the ship. Meal prices are similar to San Francisco restaurants, ranging from $42 - $90 per person, plus tax, depending on the restaurant.

    • Are there in-room dining services available?

      Room service is available 24 hours. Stay in and enjoy breakfast with a view. Call in a late night snack at 2 a.m. or just enjoy dining from the comfort of your own room.

    • What in-room amenities are available?

      All stateroom bathrooms are equipped with soap, shampoo, conditioner and a wall-mounted hair dryer. One North American and one European outlet in every stateroom. Steamers or irons are NOT allowed onboard. All rooms have a safe.

    • Can I bring alcoholic beverages on board?

      No outside alcohol allowed onboard the Dreamboat.

    • What environmental friendly efforts does the cruise line take?

      Celebrity Cruises' "Save the Waves" program and Trash/Waste Disposal Save the Waves programs focus on (3) key principles: reducing the creation or generation of waste materials, recycling as much as possible, and ensuring proper disposal throughout the ship.

    • Are there laundry facilities onboard?

      There is a full laundry and dry-cleaning service available onboard for reasonable rates. Regular service, picked up before 9 a.m., is returned next day. For same day service, picked up before 9 a.m. and returned same day, add 50% express service surcharge.

    • Are there spa services onboard?

      Unfortunately the spa facility will be closed for the duration of Dreamforce. We apologize for any inconvenience.

    • Is there a fitness center onboard?

      Yes. The fitness center is complimentary, open 24 hours for your convenience, and has great views of the San Francisco skyline.

    • Can I bring a guest on the ship?

      Yes. There are very strict requirements needed in order for your guest to get onto the ship. Every person that steps onto the ship needs to provide the following information for access to the ship. Legal fiirst/last name, date of birth, country of citizenship,  and cell phone number. There are also strict capacity requirements on the ship. If the ship is at capacity as you are attempting to bring a guest on board, your guest will have to wait until there is availability on the ship. All day guests MUST be off the ship by 1:00 a.m.

    • Are reservations required at the restaurants on board the Dreamboat?

      Reservations are not required but recommended. Please make reservations directly with the restaurants while on board the Dreamboat. Menus range from $42 to $90 per person, plus tax.

    • What kind of medical facilities are available on the ship?

      There is one licensed physician, and a minimum of two licensed nurses on board. Types of medications kept onboard are limited. Fees may apply to use of medical facilities.

    • What security measures are in place onboard?

      Your safety and security is our highest priority and we have processes in place to help ensure a safe and enjoyable Dreamboat experience. The Staff Captain (second in command of the ship) directly oversees the daily security operations onboard, which are run by Security Officers. Security teams include other professional security personnel, such as Deputy Security Officers, Guest Security Supervisors, Supervisors, and Security Guards. To report a crime or other emergency situation on board, you may dial a designated emergency number (8888 on most ships but check your Guest Services Directory to confirm) from any shipboard telephone. A ship's officer will ensure that appropriate security and medical personnel, if necessary, are immediately sent to your location to assist.

    • What is a muster drill? When and how does it occur?

      A muster drill is a mandatory exercise to familiarize all guests and crew with the location (muster station) to assemble in the unlikely event of an emergency. The International Convention of Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS) regulatory guidelines require that a muster drill be held within 24 hours of embarkation. However, the muster drill for guests staying onboard the Dreamboat will not be performed. An Emergency evacuation plan will be provided in each sleeping room with instructions in the unlikely event of an emergency.

    • Where will the Dreamboat be docked?

      The Dreamboat will be docked in San Francisco at Pier 27 for the duration of Dreamforce. To find the location of other Dreamforce hotels, please view our Interactive Map.

    • Is there Internet available on board the Dreamboat?

      Wireless Internet access will be available. In addition to the wireless service, the Dreamboat offers a brand new iLounge with Internet access available 24 hours a day. The iLounge is equipped with 20 Apple computers and one printer. Specifics about these offerings, including rates, will be available as we get closer to Dreamforce.

    • Is smoking allowed on board?

      The Dreamboat is a non-smoking venue; however, there are designated smoking areas available on the ship. Smoking is not permitted inside any stateroom, or on any stateroom veranda. If you are in violation of this policy, you will be responsible for a cleaning fee of $250 USD.

    • Is there a guest conduct policy and where can I find it?

      Yes, the guest conduct policy can be found here. Below are a few important rules:

      Is there a curfew for day visitors?
      Yes. Due to security requirements, anyone not staying onboard the Dreamboat MUST be off the ship by 1:00 AM. NO EXCEPTIONS.

      Are there any prohibited items?
      Yes. Certain items that generate heat or produce an open flame are not permitted on the ship. This includes clothing irons and candles. Curling irons and hair dryers are allowed. No illegal drugs or substances are allowed onboard. This includes marijuana. No weapons or explosives are permitted on the ship. No outside alcohol.

      Is smoking allowed on the Dreamboat?
      The Dreamboat is a non-smoking venue; however, there are designated smoking areas available on the ship. Smoking is not permitted inside any stateroom, or on any stateroom veranda. If you are in violation of this policy, you will be responsible for a cleaning fee of $250 US.

      Can I bring fresh fruit on or off the ship?
      Unfortunately fresh fruit is not allowed to be brought on or off the ship at any time.

  •  Transportation, Parking, and Luggage Questions
    • Will there be shuttles provided to/from the Moscone Center to the Dreamboat?

      Tuesday – Thursday AM: 6:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

      Yes, there are two covered self-parking garages available within a 2–3 minute walk from Pier 27. The parking garages are located at 55 Francisco St. or 70 Francisco St. Self-parking is $18–28 per night, per vehicle and is at your own expense. Rates are subject to change.

    • Is valet parking available at Pier 27?

      Yes, valet parking is available.

    • Can I carry my luggage onto the Dreamboat?

      Yes. You can either carry your luggage on the ship with you or you can check it with the Bellman when you arrive and it will be delivered to your room. All luggage, carry on or check, MUST go through security x-ray examination before boarding the ship.

    • Will luggage storage be available on Friday, September 18, 2015 after check-out?

      Yes, all luggage brought off the ship will be transferred to the Park Center Hotel, secured, and stored until the end of the day on Friday, September 18, 2015. More information will be provided prior to check-out.

    • Can I get on and off the ship at anytime?

      Yes, access on and off the ship will be available 24 hours a day.

  •  Excursions
    • Are excursions available?

      Yes, Excursions are available for Dreamboat Residents only. The list of excursions can be found here. Sign-ups for excursions will become available when you check into the boat on Monday, September 14.
