KEITH BLOCK
Salesforce

Keith Block, Vice Chairman and President, Salesforce

As Vice Chairman, a member of the Board of Directors and President of Salesforce, Keith Block leads the company’s Distribution Organization, which includes global sales, alliances and channels, customer support, and consulting services. With a focus on customer transformation and building long-term relationships, Mr. Block has managed world-class sales, consulting and engineering teams for nearly 30 years.

At Salesforce, he is tasked with driving the company’s next decade of growth by expanding Salesforce’s high-performing sales organization, growing its market-leading alliances and channels program, extending the company further into international markets, and applying Salesforce’s award-winning platform to key industries, such as healthcare, financial services, retail, manufacturing and more.

Prior to joining Salesforce, Mr. Block served as Oracle’s executive vice president of North America Sales and Consulting, leading an 11,000-person team and building a multi-billion dollar sales business unit that achieved record revenue and margin during his tenure. He began his career at Booz Allen Hamilton as a senior consultant to Air Force executives.

Mr. Block currently serves on Salesforce’s Board of Directors, the Board of Trustees at the Concord Museum, the Advisory Board at Carnegie-Mellon University Heinz Graduate School, the President’s Advisory Council and Board of Trustees for Carnegie Mellon University.

Mr. Block holds an Master’s of Science degree in Management and Policy Analysis and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Information Systems from Carnegie-Mellon University.

 
ALEX DAYON
Salesforce

Alex Dayon, President, Products, Salesforce

Alex Dayon is president of Salesforce’s products. Dayon, who holds several patents, is focused around creating business value out of technology disruption.

Dayon joined Salesforce in 2008 through the acquisition of InStranet, a leading knowledge-base company where he was a founder and served as its CEO. Prior to InStranet, Dayon was a founding member of Business Objects SA where he led the product group for more than 10 years.

Dayon holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Ecole Supérieure d'Electricité (SUPELEC) in France.

 
DAVID HAVLEK
Salesforce

David Havlek, Executive Vice President, Finance, Salesforce

David Havlek is Executive Vice President of Finance at Salesforce and is responsible for global financial planning, business analytics and investor relations.

Havlek has more than 25 years of experience in technology. He joined Salesforce in 2005 as Vice President of Investor Relations and is widely recognized by the investment community as an expert in subscription-based business models.

Prior to Salesforce, Havlek spent more than 16 years at Hewlett Packard (HP), serving in a variety of roles including FP&A, pricing, business development, and investor relations. He helped lead HP through one of the biggest and most contentious proxy fights ever, culminating in HP’s eventual acquisition of Compaq Computer in 2002.

David holds a bachelor’s degree in Business and an MBA from Purdue University.

 
MARK HAWKINS
Salesforce

Mark Hawkins, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Salesforce

As chief financial officer and executive vice president at Salesforce, Mark Hawkins is responsible for leading the company’s global finance organization and is a member of the company’s executive committee reporting directly to chairman and CEO Marc Benioff. Hawkins has more than 30 years of experience withleading finance organizations at global software and technology companies including Autodesk, Logitech, Dell and Hewlett-Packard.

At Autodesk, Hawkins served as CFO and executive vice president from 2009 to 2014, leading the global finance, information technology and procurement organizations. From 2006 to 2009, Hawkins was CFO and senior vice president of finance & IT at Logitech International SA.

From 2000 to 2006, Hawkins served as vice president of finance for Dell’s Worldwide Procurement and Logistics organization, as well as vice president of finance for Dell’s U.S. Home Segment. Prior to Dell, Hawkins spent nearly 19 years at Hewlett-Packard where he held a variety of finance and business management roles, including a two-year posting in Europe.

Hawkins serves on the board of directors of Plex Systems, a leader in cloud-based ERP for manufacturers. He holds an M.B.A in Finance from the University of Colorado, a B.A. from Michigan State University, and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

 
SCOTT MCCORKLE
Salesforce

Scott McCorkle, CEO, Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Scott McCorkle serves as CEO, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce. His passion for the Marketing Cloud’s products and technology, combined with his dedication to customer success have been instrumental in building the world’s most powerful 1:1 digital marketing platform.

Prior to his current role, Scott led technology and strategy for ExactTarget. Since its founding in 2000, the company and its technology have grown to power the digital customer experience for many of the world’s leading brands across email, mobile, social media, advertising, and the web. He also co-founded Mezzia, Inc., served as Vice President of IBM's customer relationship management (CRM) product group, and was Vice President and General Manager for Software Artistry. Scott began his career at BorgWarner Automotive's Technology Research Center developing computer vision-guided robotic systems, and then spent several years at Eli Lilly and Company's Lilly Research Laboratories.

Scott earned his undergraduate degree in computer science from Ball State University and his MBA from Indiana University.

 
MIKE MILBURN
Salesforce

Mike Milburn, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Salesforce Service Cloud

Michael Milburn is the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Salesforce Service Cloud, the #1 customer service solution enabling companies to provide amazing customer service on any device, anytime, through any channel. Service Cloud is also the landslide Leader of Gartner’s Magic Quadrant in customer service. Michael is responsible for driving the innovation and direction of Service Cloud, ensuring that businesses are empowered with an all-in-one customer support platform.

Michael has held numerous roles at salesforce.com including consulting, partner enablement and productivity, as well as leading engaged communities. Previously, Michael  was the Vice President of Strategy and Operations for the Salesforce Service Cloud, where he was responsible for creating business structures built for growth, scalability and customer success.

Michael comes into the role of SVP and GM of Service Cloud with more than 15 years of global experience in customer engagement strategy, CRM Design, telephony and workforce management. Prior to salesforce.com, Michael held various roles at Apropos Technology and Barilla America.

Michael holds a BA in Political Science and Philosophy from Ripon College. On the few occasions he is not engaged in customer success, Michael can be found playing tennis, golf, paddle, waterskiing and snowmobiling.

 
TOD NIELSEN
Salesforce

Tod Nielsen, Executive Vice President, Salesforce Platform

Tod Nielsen is the EVP of the Platform at​ Salesforce.

Previously, Nielsen was the Chief Executive Officer of Heroku, a subsidiary of Salesforce. With more than 25 years of experience in leading and growing developer-facing businesses, Nielsen has held several key executive roles at some of the world’s most successful developer-facing software companies including BEA, Microsoft, and Oracle.

Nielsen came to Salesforce from VMware where he served in a variety of roles over his tenure including chief operating officer, co-president running the application platform group, and most recently as part of Pivotal Labs, the venture created from EMC and VMware.

Prior to VMware, Nielsen served as president and chief executive officer of Borland Software Corporation; senior vice president, Marketing and Global Sales Support for Oracle Corporation; and was responsible for BEA’s worldwide marketing strategy and operations, as well as research and development operations.

Before BEA, Nielsen spent 12 years with Microsoft in various executive roles, including General Manager of Database and Developer Tools and as vice president of Microsoft's Platform group.

 
MIKE ROSENBAUM
Salesforce

Mike Rosenbaum, Executive Vice President and General Manager, Sales Cloud, Salesforce

Mike Rosenbaum is the executive vice president and general manager of the Sales Cloud business unit. In this role, he is responsible for customer success, vision and product development for the world’s #1 CRM app Sales Cloud, Pardot and Data.com.

Since joining Salesforce nearly a decade ago, Rosenbaum has held several leadership positions. Under his leadership, the Salesforce1 Platform became the world’s #1 platform as a service and the AppExchange grew to be the world’s largest cloud computing marketplace for business apps. Prior to Salesforce, he worked in the IT and marketing organizations at Siebel Systems and spent six years as a submarine officer in the U.S. Navy onboard the USS Nevada.

Rosenbaum holds a B.S. in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and a MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
