Where will Dreamforce ’07 Global Gathering take place?
Dreamforce ’07 Global Gathering takes place at the Moscone South Convention Center in downtown San Francisco. You can learn more about this venue at: http://www.moscone.com/

What are the conference dates?
September 16-19, 2007. Dreamforce ’07 check-in begins Sunday, September 16, and will be ongoing throughout the week. The conference kicks off with Sunday night’s Welcome Reception, and concludes with the Partner Summit on Wednesday, September 19, 2007.

TRAVEL AND HOTEL

How should I make air travel reservations to San Francisco?
Please contact your local travel professional to reserve air travel for Dreamforce ‘07. San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is the closest major airport, and is an easy 30 minute drive from downtown. Alternatively, the Oakland International Airport (OAK) is a 35-minute drive over the Bay Bridge. Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) links to both airports, and the Powell Street BART station is just a few short blocks away from the designated hotels and Moscone South Convention Center.

How do I arrange ground transportation?
Taxis are readily available at the San Francisco and Oakland airports with no advance reservations required. Please use the links below for additional information about ground transportation services.

Are there special hotel rates?

 Yes, there are discounted rates offered to Dreamforce ’07 attendees at several downtown area hotels—The San Francisco Marriott, Westin St. Francis, Palace, W San Francisco, St. Regis Hotel, Hilton San Francisco, Hotel Nikko San Francisco, Argent Hotel, Renaissance Parc 55 Hotel, and Hotel Palomar. Please request your hotel room through the Dreamforce ’07 registration site to ensure that you receive the special conference rate

Whom should I contact if I have questions regarding hotel arrangements?
Please book your hotel rooms through the Dreamforce ’07 registration site to ensure that you receive the special conference rates. Just indicate any reservation preferences on your registration form, and we’ll confirm the arrangements on your behalf. Please do not contact a hotel directly. Email: registration@dreamforce-2007.com with any additional questions.

What if I need to change or cancel my hotel accommodations?
Please submit your change in writing to Registration Headquarters at: registration@dreamforce-2007.com. Once processed, a customer service representative will contact you with a confirmation of the change. Please note: all reservations are subject to a cancellation penalty, and all changes or cancellations received within seventy two (72) hours of your scheduled arrival will result in a charge of one night's stay.

What is the weather like in San Francisco in September
Though San Francisco is famous for fog, September generally brings with it warm, sunny weather and mild evenings. The days hover in the 80s (Fahrenheit)—but be sure to dress in layers, as the weather can be fickle. Please check www.weather.com before you arrive.

What is the registration cost for attending Dreamforce ’07 Global Gathering?

  • Early Bird Registration (Through July 16): $899.00 USD
  • Regular Registration (July 17 to September 15): $999.00 USD
  • On-site Registration (September 16-19): $1099.00 USD

How do I register?
Please register for Dreamforce ’07 Global Gathering through the Dreamforce registration site.

What is the payment policy?
There are several methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Diner’s Club, Discover, or American Express. Payment must accompany your registration, as registrations without payment will not be processed.

Are attendee substitutions permitted?
If you have registered but are unable to attend Dreamforce ’07 Global Gathering, and cannot cancel your registration, you may substitute another employee from your company at no additional charge. Please send written notification of your change via email to  registration@dreamforce-2007.com. You will receive a written confirmation from Registration Headquarters once the change has been received and processed.

What is the Dreamforce ’07 registration cancellation policy?
Cancellations received in writing to the Dreamforce ‘07 Registration Headquarters on or before 12:00 noon PST, on Friday, August 31, 2007 will receive a refund, less a $75.00 USD processing fee. Cancellations received after 12:00 noon on Friday, August 31, 2007 will result in a forfeiture of the entire conference fee.

Can I bring a guest?
Guests will not be permitted to attend any sessions or the evening events.

What should I wear during the conference?
Business attire is appropriate for all conference functions. Meeting room temperatures are cool and the San Francisco climate can vary greatly. We suggest you wear layered clothing for comfort.

When does Dreamforce ’07 Global Gathering begin?
Conference check-in will begin Sunday, September 16, and will remain open throughout the week. The conference officially kicks off with the Welcome Reception on Sunday night September 16.

When does Dreamforce ’07 Global Gathering end?
The last Dreamforce ’07 Global Gathering breakout session ends at 12:30 p.m. PST. Dreamforce ’p p 07 is officially scheduled to conclude at 5:00 p.m. PST, Wednesday, September 19, immediately following the Partner Summit. Please plan your air travel to allow plenty of time to get to the airport following the conclusion of the conference. We recommend departing the hotel at least two hours prior to your flight departure time. Check out time at area hotels is 12:00 noon; hotels will store your luggage until your scheduled departure. Please see the bell desk for assistance.
