LOCATION AND DATES
Where will Dreamforce Europe take place?
Dreamforce Europe takes place at the Barbican Centre in the City of London, England. You can
learn more about this venue at

What are the conference dates?
May 6, 7 and 8 2008. Dreamforce Europe check-in begins with the Foundation Volunteering event
on Tuesday May 6. The conference kicks off on Wednesday morning with pre-conference session
at 09:00 and the Keynote at 13:00. The conference concludes on Thursday May 8 at around 17:30

What types of tracks and sessions can I expect?
Dreamforce sessions are organized by tracks based on job role. Each track features detailed
breakout sessions in a variety of formats and levels, giving you a chance to meet with
salesforce.com product teams, hear from expert users at leading companies, and pick up strategies
for handling your most critical business issues. It’s a can’t-miss event for salesforce.com users
and developers!
TRAVEL AND HOTEL
How should I make air travel reservations to London?
Please contact your local travel professional to reserve air travel for Dreamforce Europe.
London City Airport, London Heathrow Airport and London Gatwick Airports are all convenient
for the venue, London City is the closest. Transport links to the venue are excellent.
How do I arrange ground transportation?
Public transport
Transport for London's
Journey Planner
provides up to the minute travel options on how to reach the Barbican quickly and accurately.
Alternatively, you can call London Travel Information on +44 (0)20 7222 1234 or
visit the website.
Underground
The nearest Underground station is Barbican, on the Circle, Metropolitan and Hammersmith
& City lines.To reach the Barbican,exit the station and cross Aldersgate Street in front of
you. Walk through the road tunnel (Beech Street) before taking the first turning right into Silk
Street. The Barbican is straight ahead of you. Alternatively, exit the station using the stairs to
the first floor, crossing the road using the footbridge before following the signs to the Barbican.
Other Underground stations nearby are Moorgate, St Paul's, Bank, Liverpool Street and Mansion
House.
Train
The nearest rail stations are Liverpool Street, Farringdon and Blackfriars. City Thameslink
services serve Barbican, Moorgate and Cannon Street.
Bus
Bus Route 153 stops outside the Barbican in Silk Street. Starting from outside Liverpool
Street Station, it runs daily to the Barbican, Angel and Finsbury Park. Other services running near
the Barbican are as follows: 8, 11, 23, 26, 35, 42, 43, 47, 48, 55, 56, 76,78, 100, 133, 141, 149,
172, 214, 242, 243, 271, 344 (7 days a week); 4, (Mon-Sat); 21, 25, 521 (Mon-Fri)
Car
The Barbican is clearly sign-posted and has four car parks. Two are off Beech Street
(westbound access only) and two are off Silk Street near the main entrance. Please allow plenty of
time for your journey. All car parks have a height restriction of 6'1". If the Barbican car parks
are full, alternative parking is available in Aldersgate Street.
Bicycle
The Barbican has a number of cycle racks available. Eight are located at the entrance to Car
Park 5 and five are located at the exit to Car Park 3. Cycle helmets and other equipment can be
left in any of the Barbican's free cloakrooms.

Coach
Coaches may set down and collect passengers in Silk Street. Limited coach parking is
available in the metered bays in Silk Street and Fore Street. For further information telephone +44

What is the payment policy?
There are several methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Diner’s Club or American Express.
Payment must accompany your registration, as registrations without payment will not be processed.
For Group bookings or Invoice payments (minimum 4 delegates) please email registration HQ

Are attendee substitutions permitted?
If you have registered but are unable to attend Dreamforce , and cannot cancel your
registration, you may substitute another employee from your company at no additional charge. Please
send written notification of your change via email to
registration@dreamforceeurope.com. You will
receive a written confirmation from Registration Headquarters once the change has been received and

What is the Dreamforce registration cancellation policy?
Cancellations received in writing to the Dreamforce Europe Registration Headquarters on or
before 12:00 noon GMT, on Monday March 31, 2008 will receive a refund, less a £150.00 GBP
processing fee. Cancellations received after this date will result in a forfeiture of the entire
conference fee.
Can I bring a guest?
Guests
will not be permitted to attend any sessions or
the evening events.
Are group discounts available?
Yes. If you purchase 4 conference passes for delegates from the same company, you will
receive a 5th conference pass free of charge. This fantastic offer
can be used in conjunction with other pricing offers. Group discount conference
passes
will not be refunded if cancelled. Ask your Salesforce.com AE about group
discounts or contact registration HQ via email at

Who should I contact if I want to pay in Euro instead of GBP?
The Dreamforce Europe website accepts registration in GBP only. It is however possible to
make special arrangements for groups (minimum 4 delegates from the same company) to be invoiced in
Euros for the registration fees. Please note, that none of the hotels will accept Euro payments and
it will be necessary for customers to make and pay for all hotel accommodations in GBP. If you need
more details on arranging payment in Euros, please contact registration HQ

Who should I contact if I want the company to be
invoiced for my conference pass instead of paying by credit card online?
It is possible to make special arrangements for groups (minimum 4 delegates from the same
company) to be invoiced for the registration fees rather than paying online with a credit card.
Your company can be invoiced in Euro or GBP only. Please note, that we cannot invoice for hotel
accommodation, each delegate must settle their own hotel bill on departure. If you need more
details on arranging payment by invoice, please contact registration HQ

What is a promocode and how do I get one ?
A promocode is a special code provided by the
Dreamforce Registration
Team. It provides registration discounts for certain promotional offers, for event speakers
etc. To obtain a promocode, you can avail of our '5 for 4' group registration discount. Simply
register four people from your company and
email us. We will send you a
promocode for the fifth registrant, which will allow them to register for Free. This fantastic
offer is available until March 1 2008 and
can be used in conjunction with other pricing offers. Group discount conference
passes
will not be refunded if cancelled. Ask your Salesforce.com AE about group
