In addition, salesforce.com will highlight its Marketing Automation functionality including integrated closed-loop campaign tracking from 'ad to close,' and its XML Web Services integration, and will provide an exclusive glimpse of the upcoming E-Business Suite, featuring a 360° view of customers, set to launch in Q4 2002.
