The Top 30 selections are featured in ISM's 10th anniversary edition of The Guide to CRM Automation, available online at www.ismguide.com. Salesforce.com is one of the first online CRM solutions to win ISM recognition.

Salesforce.com was chosen from a wide range of CRM software packages, which were tested by the ISM Software Lab at its Bethesda, Md.-based headquarters.
