Limerick based electricity provider boosts its customer service with Salesforce CRM
Thursday, 26th February, 2009: Salesforce.com, the enterprise cloud computing company, today announced that Wind Energy Direct, an Irish company that installs wind turbines on industrial sites in Ireland and the UK, has boosted its service to customers with Salesforce CRM. Energy Direct finances, owns, operates and maintains the turbines.
Wind Energy Direct is one of the 54,400 companies of all sizes, industries and geographies that comprised the salesforce.com customer base. Revenue and subscribers will be recognised as the service is delivered. “We are in a very niche market,” said Breda Kiely, Marketing Executive, Wind Energy Direct. “Our average customer sales cycle is around two years.
